It sounds like it may be a good thing, I have no problem in acknowledging
our benefactors in a similar fashion to the way NPR and PBS acknowledge
their corporate sponsors. I think the amount of promotion should be
proportional to the size of the donation. I'm not sure I want to take on
advertising such as pop-ups, banner ads or other intrusive advertising
methods but, I would have no problem displaying their logo and linking to
their website. I'm not sure how to evaluate this type of donation without
some idea of the amount of money we could reasonably expect to get.
