[frgeek-michiana] Apache on Indy

Rather than remove apache from Indy so aolserver has free reign I simply
renamed the /etc/init.d/apache start script to apache.not.

Indy went down for about 10-15 minutes today during a scheduled network
maintenance at Goodwill. When it came back up, apache did not start and
aolserver did start. So my lazy man's fix tested good.
