Pen in Motorol Q Commercial

If anyone can help in identifying the pen used in the  television commercial 
for the new Motorola Q Smart phone's roll out I would  be very grateful. I
 
It looks like a nice pen and I must admit I think I've seen it  before but I 
cannot place it.
