The Sonnets can be from average to excellent writers.
They're well made and should not have any reliability
issues. Those with the drying problem have had some success
with dripping wax from a candle into the cap to cover the
"breather hole". I think it has been the recent production
that has had the drying problem. Two that I had wrote w/o
the problem, but they were in nearly daily use and were not
idle for more than 24 hours. They were sold and I moved on.

Hello Everyone,
I'm thinking of adding a Parker Sonnet fountain pen to my small
collection. A web search brought up a number of complaints about the
pen drying up rather quickly.
I'd very much like to hear from users of this pen. How good of a
writer is it, and are there any reliability problems that I should be
aware of?
Thanks in advance.
