Today I received my Parallel Pens from Paper & Ink Arts.
I'm new to them and I'm still practicing with them. I don't know if they
will be anywhere close to the 'Ideal' Italic Handwriting Pen or not. I also
own some Manuscript Pens and Schaeffer (sp).
I was a sign painter for quite a few years but a detached retina, and lack
of depth perception made it near impossible to work at commercial speed with
letting quills, my brush of choice.
To satisfy my creative urge, I'm forced to use pens for everything.
Fortunately I learned how to use Speedball Pens in my earliest years in the
sign business.
