[foxboro] scopen error

Dear members,

We got an error :
[scopen] Error 36 opening PILIST02L60 [dset 0, scan=3D8, rw=3D1]

How we use the FOXTST to find out what the problem currently exist ?
We've tried to use the FOXSPY utility but we didn't know the steps to do =
that.

Would you please, to help us.
