[foxboro] routine maintenance on the web server

Hello all,

The web server http://www.thecassandraproject.org will be down 
intermittently from 11AM to 12PM CST for routine maintenance.  This should 
finally get it onto the correct UPS and allow me to test the backup 
software.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Don't forget to look at and add to the user knowledge base on the Wiki!
