[foxboro] print screen pick does not work, but CTRL PrtScrn does

I've got a couple of machines where the print screen pick(s) from the top
menu don't work, but Ctrrl PrtScrn does. I'd seen this on one machine, but
not researched it.

Today I saw it again, on a node, where some machines worked, and some did
not. I had a co-worker check the environment files on a working machine vs a
non-working one, and she assures me tat they are identical.

Any ideas?
