[foxboro] pernicious printer problem

We have an AW70 with 6.2.  Two printers on the AW and one on a WP70.  For a 
long time we could not print to any printer from Foxboro though the NT printing 
worked fine.  Our Foxboro service guy did a day 0 rebuild (for another reason) 
on the AW and now we have printers that keep going online and offline.   All 
day long, every few minutes!  We are assuming the service guy installed all the 
relevant quick fixes we should have had.  Any ideas, anyone?
