[foxboro] how to report spam

Dear list,
I had not received any emails from the list since Saturday on my primary
account.  Apparently someone reported freelists.org to spamcop which put
them on a blacklist, which caused my ISP to quit accepting their mail.  I'm
not sure what the correct procedure is for reporting spam to freelists.org ,
but I imagine several ISPs use the spamcop blacklist in addition to other
secret formula for accepting and rejecting email.

As usual, at the root of the problem is a greedy person willing to wreck a
self policing system to pocket a couple of hundred bucks if anyone is
foolish enough to fall for his ploy.

I would rant more, but there's this guy I'm helping get a few million
dollars out of Nigeria, so I'll probably be retiring soon.
