Re: [foxboro] som and rsom

Why not send an email to ips.csc@xxxxxxxxxxxx (1day turnaround) or call the
800 number, we have people in tac who use this tool all the time.  Infact,
we teach a one day class on it as part of alliance.  I'm sure that person
would get routed the email/call.
