Jason,
This is probably not quite what you were looking for, but the dmcmd command
"source" will load a C:B.P's source into the display manager variable
"FOX2", ie:
pref -AW51B1 dmcmd 'source "TEST:ALM1.MEAS"'
will load this parameter's source in FOX2 and will open the sink/source
overlay.
pref -AW51B1 dmcmd 'msglin "$FOX2"'
will display the source to the message line.
Unfortunately (in this case), "source" also opens up the source overlay in
the upper left corner of the display.

Is there an omget (or similar) equivalant that finds the source of a
connection? In other words, if we have two blocks,
comp:sink and comp:souce, and comp:sink.in has comp:source.out as its input
connection, is there a way to determine this from the command line, without
parsing iccprt output?
Cheers
Jason
