I am not sure what the maximum value is, but we have 2500 remote linkages
between a CP40A and 2 A/B Stations (1250 to each of the ABSTA), these are
inputs to the CP40A. There is a absolute maximum of 400 remote linkages in
the A/B Station (inputs to the ABSTA), after that any new points won't be
found (smurfed). I found the 400 point maximum the hard way, and you won't
find it documented in the documentation anywhere. I developed different
ways to make the connections to get around the connection limit.

Subject: [foxboro] peer-to-peer connections maximum?
Hi List,
can anyone tell me the maximum number of peer-to-peer connections?
I've searched the FoxDoc (for example /pss/21h1/21h1b7b4/21h1b7b4.htm)
but didn't find any results.
CP30 ?
CP40 ?
CP60 ?
Regards,
Andreas
