Re: [foxboro] parameter state at CP boot

I'm going to follow this thread closely. This topic is near and (not so)
dear to my heart. We've had power problems ... both site and localized ...
and we're trying to come up with a philosophy that will ensure the AWs, CPs
and FBMs all boot (singly and collectively) in a way that keeps our field
devices in the desired safe position. I've never worried much about these
CP and FBM parameters before, but we've been bitten a few times and now
something needs to be done. I'm sure it's going to involve all sorts of
nodebus and fieldbus monitoring and interlocks that's going to keep me up
at night. Secretly, I'm hoping some list member will provide an elegant
method to have all output blocks change to the failed state of the field
device.
