As far as I know, in case of iccdrvr.tsk you can use wild-cards
only while reading the data, but not in case of modification.

for example

get COMPNAME:* PIDA

works pretty fine, but modify COMPNAME:* PIDA is rejected by
iccdrvr.tsk


Maybe I am wrong ?

Check out the iccdrvr.tsk interface to ICC.  This is fairly easy to
learn and use and is a great tool for bulk configuration work.

Be very careful in the use of wildcards -- I've heard several horror
stories of widespread unintended matches.  All the usual warnings apply
when using this tool on an on-line system.
