Seems like I did something like this once.  If I remember correctly, I put a
line in the .ENV operator environment file something like this:

dmcmd rcntalms -match /usr/fox/customer/alarms/amspec/matchfile.ams

where the matchfile.ams was the saved file created using the document
B0193RV you mentioned.
