One way to do this is through the KSCALE input of the AIN Block.
Use the pump not running, process stopped bit or other logical bit that 
goes FALSE when this flow should be reading zero.  connect this bit to 
KSCALE which forces the PNT parameter to 0.00.  The problem with LO FLow 
Cutoff is determining what is a realistic value.  Also, magnet flowmeters 
can read anywhere on the flow scale when they are empty.

hey list,

does anybody have a tip for this ...
we have some flowmeters (AIN) that still indicates some when there is no
flow...
this is used then in ACCUM blocks, and I want to find the way to indicate
this block to accumulate only values over a low limit...with limits ?
clamping ? (without hold ...)
