From the Invensys website, there are some things you need to do manually after
the installation. The "name_to_major" file doesn't get copied during the
installation and you need to do it manually.

Q1: After performing a day0 load on a WP51D the box won't reboot.
A1: The user notes on page 7 has a mistake in it, The mount command is not
entirely correct ,it should read:
mount -o rw -F ufs /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /mnt_root
cp /cdrom/name_to_major /mnt_root/etc
umount /mnt_root
reboot with reboot -- -r

Subject: [foxboro] ia_install issue V 6.2 V6.5
Dear Experts,
We have SUN ultra5 station with WP51D. we are facing problem in installation of
DAY0 ia_install of Version 6.2 and version 6.5;after ia_install from Day0 CD it
completes the process and when we reboot the system it gives the following
messages and comes at "ok" prompt
Warning: /usr/sbin/fsck not found. Most likely the mount of /usr failed or the
/usr filesystem is badly damaged. The system is being halted. Either reinstall
the system or boot with -b option in an attempt to recover.
syncing file systems... done
program terminated
ok
we have tried ia_install on different HDD multilple times with same result,
Hard disk is Seagate U8 model ST38410A 8.6GB.
Kindly suggest possible solution for this problem.
Thank you,
regards,
