Rory,
For problem #1: I believe that you need to pick the "process" button from =
your Foxview display to call up the Current Alarm Display. On my system =
when I do that it automatically acknowledges and clears the alarm on the =
block that I'm using to drive the external horn.
For problem #2: Check the configuration of the Station block in the =
Station compound. In there you can define devices and masking for devices =
that are to receive alarms on your system. That could be part of your =
problem. Also, are you sure that the test alarm that you tried to use =
truly was generated? I'm using the same approach on my system and it does =
work although I hate the fact that I have this block in my database that =
looks as though it's not connected to anything but, in actuality, is =
connected. I wish there was a cleaner way to do this. Good luck.
