it is init.user in /usr/fox/wp/data
the following 3 lines need to be added at the bottom:
OJLOG=Dprinter,Ehistoiran
gctsize=14
dmtlist=OJLOG
replacing "historian", with the actual name of the historian to which
you want the messages sent. The "D" means DISABLE and above I have
disabled sending the OAJs to a printer, change that to an E and modify
"printer" to an actual printer name to send them to a printer

It may be necessary to move some of the fast_collect items to the
slow_collect script if you have CPs that are already pretty much maxed
out. We had this problem. I have a health_check script that monitors
all of my CPs and emails me daily so I can tell when I get increases
in OM or Control overruns and such. I noticed after putting in Foxray
that on a few CPs that were already having issues with overruns, they
increased, but after moving some of the items from fast to slow
collect, everything went back to my baseline overrun level.
