Any extraneous blocks connected to the output or feedback; except the
AOUT? When the mv/sp offset exists, are the output and feedback
parameters equal?

Have any of you fine users run into a problem of a PIDA controller not
pushing to reach the setpoint? This has occurred a few times recently
on newly configured (copied) PIDA blocks where no matter what I do, the
controller acts as though it has a setpoint deadband, and doesn't try to
zero in on the setpoint. This is with MODOPT of 4 or 5, with SPLLAG at
0 or 1; after deleting/undeleting the block; running the INT down to
ridiculously low values, etc. On Windows/MESH, I/A 8.2 using ZCP270's
and FCP270's. Any ideas?
