Rick - whenever I am messing with a block's autsw and locsw settings in an
automated manner, I try to do one move at a time, ie move the locsw from 1 to 0
first, then next execution move the autsw from 0 to 1, then move locsw (if
desired) back to 1, etc. It's good to keep parameter priority in mind also.
