Re: [foxboro] fdf 2 g

Hi,

As the error states that m1g is not found, you have to extend the PATH
environment variable with /opt/gms/bin because m1g en gm1 are found there.

Claudio,

I do not know which part of the follow Lines makes is work but this is what
we have in some of our automation scripts which involve either d_edit or
fdf_g or g_fdf.
I think the GMS_HOME would be the only one required for fdf_g but I am not
sure.

Mind, the next line might have an unintentional carriage return!

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/gms/lib:/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/dt/lib:/opt/windu/lib:/op
t/windu/fox ; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

# Needed for dedit to work!
WUHOME=/opt/windu ; export WUHOME
GMS_HOME=/opt/gms ; export GMS_HOME
HHPATH=/opt/windu/bin ; export HHPATH
HHHOME=/opt/windu ; export HHHOME

Gentlemen:
        We are trying to convert and transfer automatically fdf files on
Solaris I/A 6.5.5 to Windows 2003 Server I/A 8.4, but fdf_g doesn´t work.
Do you have some clues about what is happening?
When fdf files are converted throught FoxView using convert it works, but
not using the command line utility.

The terminal session follows...

AW5101# pwd
/usr/fox/wp/bin/tools
AW5101# fdf_g /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.fdf
Processing File: /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.fdf
Converting Model File: /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.m1 to
                /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.g
sh: m1g: not found

Created File /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.g

Total Number of files Converted: 1

AW5101# ls -al /opt/disp/u1200/m1203.g
/opt/disp/u1200/m1203.g: No such file or directory
AW5101#

Thanks,
Regards
