Also check for the process called shared.dat on the host of the CP in
question.
If there are no ICC sessions open anywhere..there should not be a
shared.dat.
If so..kill it. Then retry ICC.
***Locks reside in /usr/fox/sp/locks file names with CPLBUG + and -
signs can be removed...
Basically all files in that directory can be removed if needed.
