Jeremy, if you and Tom weren't usually so right I wouldn't bother 
with this, but....

I though Archestra (R) was handling everything in XML.  Why not use 
that with a published I/A schema, then we could roll our own 
Archestra tools to take advantage of all of that stuff.  I can see a 
lot benefit with XML.
