one simple example SQL script could return the data in a flat ascii
file, knoweldge of SQL would not be needed. much as the save_all and
load_all scripts are now icc driver task scripts that no one needs to
know the icc driver task commands to use. but those that DO know the
icc driver task commands can do much more than just load alls and
savealls.

Does that make sense?
