Re: [foxboro] boot disk

Yes, there is an embedded battery. And it's usually the battery that fails
that causes the loss of stored data on the NVRAM. Your only recourse is to
replace the NVRAM itself.

There are several threads on NVRAM on this list in the last couple of years.

My thinking also, is there a battery associated with NVRAM?

NVRAM is suspect.

Subject: [foxboro] boot disk

Hello List,

AW51D previously booted fine, now it stops after 'evaluating disk',
if I enter 'boot disk' it comes up.

The setenv values appear to be set right.

Any thoughts?

Is there a document that explains the env parameters?

Thanks in advance!
