I have done the same in the past, but i don't currently have a windows  
box to walk through the steps and document. I'll see if I can dig up  
some old notes. I do remember that there are no header files supplied  
on the windows boxes though.

Perhaps we could get those? As more and more of us move to the windows  
platform things like this will become more important I think.
