Yes, we have received a customer advisory in this regard. There is no need 
to be worried about Y-adapters. Normally Y-adapters neither damages nor 
failed for a long period. If you need to expand I/Os you can ask some user 
who have some in spare. As I understand you should now move to new 
technology based 200 Series FBMs.
