Rick,

I haven't yet seen an X emulator like Exceed for Pocket PC yet, however
there are a couple of other options:

1) VNC for Pocket PC is probably the easiest option.  I use VNC from my
desktop for access to the I/A workstations in the lab regularly, but haven't
tried the Pocket PC version yet.

2) Load Linux on the Pocket PC.  I use a Linux PDA (Sharp Zaurus), and have
brought up I/A displays on it with no problems (had to load X based desktop
instead of the default QTopia).  Linux (with native X) is available for most
Pocket PCs (although installation may not be that straightforward).
