"Which who" returned /bin/who on both the (B box) 6.5.3 and 7.1.3 (F box).

"Who" on 6.5.3 returns (below) and shows 3 users on DM_Usage.

"Who" on 7.1.3 returns (below) and DM_Usage shows 8 users logged in.

"Who -a" does not show anyone logged in either.

I have not seen the who command return an IP address.
Are you sure there is not an "alias" to your own "who" command.
Look at which "who" command your using and check for a possible alias.
The "which who" should be /bin/who
# which who
/bin/who
# ls -l /bin/who
-r-xr-xr-x     1     bin     bin     12326     May  3 1996  /bin/who

In version 6.5.3, "who" returns who is connected with an IP address or name.
In V7.1.3 "who" doesn't return IP address or name.  Is there another command to 
use or options?
