You must optionally create the file if you wish to use the RED blink.....
cd /usr/fox/sysmgm/sysmon
touch ftblink_sys.cx

With 6.2 and above ...the smon_ech process will look for this file and
perform the function of flashing RED on a single CP failure of a FT pair.
Uses the file only as a trigger  to implement the option.

If on a 6.1 system the QF990104B installs a new smon_ech file which has
support for this file.
