Re: [foxboro] WP51B

IP adresses are not used for I/A nodebus communication. I/A nodebus uses
NSAP addresses.
That is why the FIST command is used on I/A to verify communication to a
station versus ping.
The pieces that can break with a duplicate IP are rlogin, rexec, and other
such goodies like AIM historian etc. that rely on IP addresses to establish
communication.
