PBM is your PCI Bus Module. It's possible you have a problem on your
bus, however CPU ecache errors have been known to cause this kind of
error too.
The fact that your first message is a panic on CPU0 is largely
irrelevent - that's where panics happen.
Checking your NVRAM as proposed by Ken is a good idea on an older
machine, however NVRAM problems are not likely to be the culprit here.
So, what to do? If this were my computer and I really wanted to
troubleshoot the problem, I'd probably first reseat all the PCI bus
cards. If that didn't fix the problem I'd change the CPU module to
another with the same CPU speed. If that didn't fix the problem I'd
change the system board. In reality (also ask Ken suggests), refurb
Sun Ultra 5, 30 and 60 workstations (D and E boxes) are so cheap it's
not normally worth my time and effort to troubleshoot problems like
this - normally I'd just swap out the whole box.
