I've seen reports of system boards being replaced to fix this problem.
I've seen several machines hang with bad NVRAMs. If the machine is more
than 5 years old and the NVRAM has not been replaced, you might try that
too. It contains critical machine information that might mess with
things like I/O devices if the internal battery is going out on you.
These should be replaced periodically before you start having problems.

Just guessing, but the initial error says its a CPU problem. You might
try reseating it. I haven't experienced this error on a WP51D, but have
on a AW51E and it required CPU replacement. The next set of errors (PBM)
may be referring to memory (not sure), so I would reseat memory SIMMS
also. Neither of these suggestions cost money and are quick to
implement, so they are worth a shot.
