There are crimp and solder versions of these cables
I heard that crimps were the culprits which I find surprising
(plug not fully populated = crimp)
I came across both types while diagnosing video picture quality and they
both perform poorly at 30M

Subject: [foxboro] Video Cards P91 & P92
Has any one ran into issues with the Video cards on the P91 & P92 units.
We are running dual monitor video card on both our P91 & P92 with a
y-cable. This is happening on both units. The screen goes blueish-purple
every once and a while. By wiggling the cable the problem goes away. I
thought it was a marginal y-cable so I replaced them but this was not
the cause. I also check the stress on the cables, and made sure that
they have slack.
Any Ideas, or is it just the connection to cards?
Thank you for your support.
