I know we went to the 2200 V8 Equipment Maintenance and the 2210 V8 Config and
Software Maintenance.
2200 great class, I learned a lot about our new mesh system coming of an old
v4.3 B box system.
The 2210 class was for IACC not ICC which we where staying with. The sales guys
goofed this one but the instructor modified the class a bit so we could work on
ICC, as there where I think four of us in this boat. We didn't get that much
out of this class as we had been already using ICC.
The 2211 class looks like a switch class. Not much in the day to day admin
stuff. More of standard switch protocol info. We have only been into our switch
config on the start-up/cut-over. once we came up we have not had to touch the
config, Sys Manger is all we have needed, all though it has only been running a
year now.
I would like to see some more on this topic. We did waste a few days in Houston
on this one. We are looking for a Admin type class to get to, but with all the
new changes which one is the 90% solution?
Thank you for your support.

Hi Everybody,
I was wondering if anyone has been on a version 8 course for people who
have had experience with I/A, and what they thought of it. Really I am
after a system admin type course for V8, which explains how to monitor
and fault find your system, a bit like those alliance courses Foxboro
used to run. This course 2211 MESH Configuration & Maintenance Workshop
seems ok, has anyone done this, thoughts?
