When you say won't respond to time changes....what do you mean?
 
What does your system_time .cfg file look like?
What does yout tk.cfg file look like?
What TZ are you running on all stations?
Is NTP service started on the bad WP?
Firewall settings on the two Mesh NICs and Foxboro Miniport?

In my test setup I have a P91 Host and 2 P92 WP's
One of the WP's wont respond to system time changes
Any ideas
