I would look at FAQ42 (How to set the Time settings and DST settings on
a I/A V8.x system).  If you sign in to the support site, you should be
able to open this link:

71521011562ab874e007fac, but searching for the title worked for me.  It
is long, otherwise I would post it, but it includes QF's to install,
SysDef settings, and time zone settings.

In my test setup I have a P91 Host and 2 P92 WP's
One of the WP's wont respond to system time changes
Any ideas
