Re: [foxboro] VNC

I downloaded perl from http://sunsite.unc.edu <http://sunsite.unc.edu> .
You can get a binary package for Solaris Sparc or Intel v2.5.1. All you
have to do is put the package in a temp directory and run "pkgadd -d", and
it does everything for you.

If you download perl from CPAN.org ( source code ) you need a C
compiler on
your machine , the format that you download checks the type of
machine you
have and sets up a script that is easy to follow that does virtually
all the
        installation for you.

        Sebastian,

You probably downloaded the source and need Perl to build it. You
should
be able to download the Solaris 2.5 installable package from
        http://www.realvnc.com/download.html
