Wanted to mention the "automatic font substitution thingy" but Cory beat me to
that.:-(
Another one which is AFAIK only a problem with eXceed 7 and up: try to disable
the Latin font in the eXceed font manager. Strange that FV works fine though,
When Latin fonts are in the way DM is OK but FV crashes with a "segment
violation"
