Corey,

While I cannot make the same generalization as you did, we do struggle 
with hard disk failures in the D boxes. Happens much more frequently in 
the D boxes, and and it's much more of a struggle to replace the hard 
drives in that tiny little space. You need to have 3 hands with fingers 
the size and length of straws to do the job. I confess to having said a 
discouraging thing or two while fumbling with the ribbon cable in the 
back of the drive. Makes me long for the nice drive caddy in the B/C boxes.
