I think would be a good idea to get a protection class for Clear Alarm 
bottom on the CAD for Operator, if
you want to restrict the erasing unacknowledged alarms action to avoid this 
problem.

Anyway, you could retrive all your alarms thru History alarms and save it as 
a text file.
