I believe that you change the following lines in /opt/fox/ciocfg/seqedit


if test -f /etc/fox/ia_opsys
then
   exec /usr/ucb/vi $1
else
   exec /bin/vi $1
fi


to


if test -f /etc/fox/ia_opsys
then
   exec /usr/openwin/bin/textedit $1
else
   exec /bin/vi $1
fi


However, I have been wrong before.
