OMSS - Object Manager SubSystem
-1 error - Object not found, i.e., a SV, a Device Logical Name, or a program
logical name is missing

 

So I'd guess that some program is not running (pmack?) or has not published
its name.

 

Get a copy of System Messages (B0193CG). It's old, but it should mention
this one. Call the CSC.
