Hi
We have a calc block that checks the quality of the Object manager
variables and outputs a Boolean if good. For stations we use
CPNAME_STA:STATION.MINUTE, for workstations we use an object manager
global variable on each workstation, (the same variable as our tags
button is linked to it is created on boot using
/opt/fox/bin/tools/omcrt). The problem with this is if the cp goes down
where we have the calc block, the graphic thinks everything has gone. I
guess you could link straight to the object manager variables. We have
done it this way as we wanted to generate an alarm as well as display on
a graphic, and we have a small system. I have not shown the statuses of
FBMs but you may be able to link into an ECB parameter. Not sure if
this is wise or if it would work though. Shaun Goldie wants to know if
anyone got a good picture of 200 series FBM in foxdraw ?
Example of calc code.
RI01 =3D MY1FCP_STA:STATION.MINUTE
BI02 =3D MYAW01_TAGS
STEP01 =3D RQL RI01
STEP02 =3D OUT BO01
STEP03 =3D RQL BI02
STEP04 =3D OUT BO02
Sean

Subject: [foxboro] System Architecture graphics - Object manager
variables
Hi!
I intend to make a System Architecture graphics in Foxdraw to display
the
System healthiness. Where do I get the object manager variables
information,
so that I could use them in my custom graphics.
Any info/help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
Karthik.
