The node that you have the ciofiles on ....the FBM's were built in SysDef.

The node where the files are missing ....the ECB's were built online in the
ICC configurator.....the ECB's on this type of system are carried from
upgrade to upgrade thru the SAVALL diskettes.  Some users will then update
their SysDef by going back later and adding them to SysDef....however
..until a commital is past thru the system that containds the FBM ECB's
...there will be no ciofiles.
