Did you go as far as buying static free shelving?  How about floors?  Any
specific handling procedures?

We store ours in a specialy constructed room Tempearture, and hmidity are
controeld in it, and it's kept at a postive pressure, and the air going
into it is passed through a carbin filter.

It's worked great for many many years here.
