Re: [foxboro] Some things to talk about

I hope I do not get into trouble for this endorsement, but ...
For Ron Schafer's request...
I think IA lacks a good tool for daily maintenance and system health. It
needs something EASY to use, gives reliable results, and most of all will
tell us EVERYTHING wrong on the system! Maybe not everything but at least
the basic problems that really don't need to be problems. For example; tells
me every historian point that does not exist tells me every connection that
is disconnected tells me all the display connections that don't have a valid
path to connect to and the list goes on, and on, and on....

For norrbob.e4ward.com's problem...
Why doesn't Foxcae or IACC display the soft connections between blocks? By
soft connections I refer to the connections made to other blocks in the HLBL
code contained in an independent / Dependent etc. block.

I was recently exposed to a software package that does exactly all that. I
know it's hard to believe. Contact Limeware and check out their foxray
software package...
