Adam,

If you want to generate a report to be sent, consider using the Foxboro PSR
(Process Summary Reporter) tool.  You can save a report configuration to
generate a report of all stations and report only bad I/O status.  Then just
schedule that report via a crontab task.

This uses the PSR to generate a report on blocks in manual (as well as some
other things).
